Directions:

From I-5 Heading North – Take exit 164A for Dearborn Madison/James exit, and go the Madison St exit. Turn right on Madison St and go 1.8 miles and the clinic will be on your right, just past 27th ave.

From I-5 Heading South – Take exit 168B on the left for Washington 520 toward Bellevue/Kirkland, then take the first exit for Montlake Blvd (before crossing the bridge!). Go right on Montlake Blvd and it becomes 24th ave and then 23rd ave, go 1.6 miles and turn left on E. John st. Go one block and turn left on E. Madison st. Go 3 blocks and the clinic will be on your right, just past 27th ave.
